Bondi heats up – 90 apartments sold in one day

Legacy Property’s latest development, Capitol at Bondi Junction, sold out in record time when it was opened to buyers last month.

Sales started at 8am and maintained a strong pace with one apartment selling every six minutes. By the afternoon, 90 of the 93 off-the-plan apartments had been snapped up.

Demand for the apartments was assisted by the strong residential property market which has been boosted by improving investor confidence and historically low interest rates.
