Caddens Hill opens to buyers in Sydney’s west

Caddens Hill, an exciting new masterplanned community comprising hundreds of brand new homes, is set to go ahead in Sydney’s fast growing greater west.

The exciting project will see 550 new homes constructed at Caddens, close to Penrith, on a 28.5 hectare site.

In addition to the new residences, the masterplan will feature a new hilltop park and playground and views to the Blue Mountains. It will also be connected to the new suburb of Caddens Rise with its extensive walking tracks, parks and picnic areas.

Legacy Property, which is leading the development, says other key standouts are value for money and growth potential, especially given the proximity to amenities like Western Sydney University, Nepean Health Precinct, Penrith City Centre and the future Western Sydney Airport site.

Caddens Hill comprises lots ranging from 300 square metres to 600 square metres that are suitable for first home buyers, upgraders and investors.

The first sales release at Caddens Hill took place in October with house-and-land packages being offered from the starting price of $622,884.

All residences are being constructed by quality builders and have been designed to sit in harmony with the natural environment.

Legacy Property says the site will be delivered over five stages. The sales centre is due to open in January, with the next release opening to buyers early in 2017.
