Legacy Property worked with Greenway Living  planners, Mecone, to develop a rezoning proposal for a community retail centre in Colebee. The rezoning provides a sympathetic transition from the Colebee residential precinct to the business and mixed use of Marsden Park Industrial Precinct. The retail facility provides accessible shopping and community facilities to meet the needs of the new Colebee precinct. The rezoning proposal required:

  • Demographic and economic analysis
  • Master planning and massing analysis
  • Traffic and accessibility analysis.

Legacy property managed the delivery of the rezoning through Gateway and Gazettal in 2014. DA approval has been achieved with construction commencement planned for 2016 and a 2017 opening.
