With more than two decades in the development industry, Mike has extensive experience covering the full property lifecycle from acquisitions, strategic planning and approvals to delivery, marketing and sales. As General Manager, Mike is responsible for implementing business strategy and operations, and also leading new acquisitions and rezoning proposals. Recognised early in his career for his leadership skills, Mike received the UDIA NSW Young Leaders’ Award for Excellence.

Tim brings more than 25 years of experience in Tier 1 construction and development across Australia and Asia, specialising in residential-focused integrated precincts, masterplanned communities and sustainable development. As Head of Development, Tim leads and supports an accomplished team of development directors and managers in delivering some of the most significant, strategic and forward-thinking projects across New South Wales.

Carolyn is a senior property finance executive with 25 years plus experience in the Australian real estate industry. She specialises in structuring, leading and executing complex capital solutions across senior debt, mezzanine finance, equity and joint venture arrangements, consistently delivering strategic and commercially robust outcomes.

With deep expertise in capital markets, transaction execution and stakeholder engagement, Carolyn is recognised for cultivating trusted relationships with investors, partners and clients and aligning financing structures with long-term business objectives. Her leadership spans high-value financings and bespoke funding solutions delivering discipline and confidence in capital decision-making.

Joining the business in 2022, John is responsible for accounting, treasury, taxation, compliance and business transformation at Legacy Property. He has extensive experience as a finance leader across a diverse range of businesses within the property, construction and telecommunications industries in both Australia and the UK, where he held senior finance roles at Cubic Interiors, Marks & Spencer and British Telecom. John qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC London and holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Edinburgh.

Cameron brings more than 20 years of experience in investor relations, funds management and capital raising, with roles spanning alternative investments, property and private wealth management. He served as Head of Funds Management at Solido Capital and was previously a Senior Private Banker at Westpac Private Bank in Sydney, managing the complex needs of ultra-high-net-worth private investors, family offices and institutions.

With more than 20 years’ experience across development, design and construction, Steven brings deep expertise spanning the residential, commercial and health sectors. He takes an agile, innovative and holistic approach to creating projects that balance design vision with stakeholder needs. Steven has held multiple executive leadership roles, including Head of Development at BaptistCare, where he led the $1b Macquarie Park masterplan redevelopment. At Legacy Property, he oversaw delivery of the landmark Corrimal Coke Works precinct. He holds an MBA, a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Engineering.

Steve is an accomplished leader in the property arena, with extensive experience in acquiring, rezoning and developing high-quality masterplanned communities and residential projects across New South Wales. He has held senior roles within both the private and public sectors, laying the foundation for his success in overseeing a number of Legacy Property’s most significant developments.

Wendy has extensive experience managing launches for major land estates, covering all facets of marketing, from brand development, market research, signage and collateral to website, digital, campaign management, database communications and reporting. She is passionate about clearly communicating the vision and benefits of new estates as attractive places to live. She has held a range of marketing positions throughout her career, working for major developers such as Stockland.

Overseeing the seamless governance of Legacy Property’s management accounting and funds management, Soriah is an experienced finance professional. She honed her talents at PwC Australia, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant and managed a portfolio of private companies ranging from private equity-owned to smaller businesses with audit compliance and associated advisory. Soriah holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Professional Accounting) from Macquarie University.

Strategically leading projects from inception to completion, Adrian ensures outcomes align with commercial objectives. With more than 20 years’ experience in property development across NSW, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia, he brings extensive expertise to Legacy Property. Having worked for leading listed and private developers such as Walker Corporation, Charter Hall, Woolworths and Payce, Adrian has in-depth knowledge across sectors including medium-density residential, retail and commercial. He holds a Bachelor of Building in Construction Management from UTS.

Responsible for overseeing delivery strategy and managing the full project lifecycle, Andrew is committed to maximising investment returns and achieving outstanding outcomes. After almost two decades in the property and development sector, his honed development management expertise has seen him successfully deliver major masterplanned projects across a range of asset classes. Previously with Landcom and Colliers International, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Property Economics and a Master of Property Development from UTS.

Peter has a profound knowledge of development, construction and management gained over more that 35 years in the Australian and Asian property markets. Career highlights include founding a boutique development company and holding senior client-side roles with major property groups Central Real, Crown Group and Precinct Capital. Excelling in stakeholder engagement, he is known for his collaborative nature, leading consultant teams to optimise design and project feasibility outcomes. Holding a Bachelor of Building from UNSW, he’s active in industry forums like UDIA and enjoys competing as an International Toastmaster.

Andrew has successfully delivered masterplanned estates, residential townhouse projects and industrial developments across NSW and Canada, with almost two decades of experience in the property development and construction sectors. He is passionate about assembling high-performing teams and identifying innovative project solutions. Prior to joining Legacy Property, Andrew held management roles at DevCore Property Group and Rawson Group. Holding a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Property & Construction, he is an active member of industry bodies such as Urban Taskforce and the UDIA.

Thomas specialises in project feasibility management, project cost reporting, project delivery and coordination of debt financing and investment proposals. He previously worked with LandMark White and Herron Todd White in the valuation industry where he focused on residential development valuations, advisory and feasibility analysis. Thomas has provided advice on small and large-scale projects across built-form and land subdivisions with values up to $200m. Holding a Bachelor of Business, Masters of Property Development and an Advanced Diploma in Valuation, he is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.

Adam oversees the financial performance of Legacy Property’s development portfolio and is responsible for financial modelling, due diligence and negotiations for the acquisition of future projects. He draws on more than 15 years of experience in Sydney’s property development and valuation sectors, including assessing major centres such as Chatswood, Macquarie Park, Castle Hill and Green Square, with land values up to $100m.

Eleanor has over nine years’ experience in the Sydney and regional NSW property market, with experience across residential development, seniors living, and land‑lease community projects. Her background spans the full development lifecycle, including site acquisition, planning and approvals, feasibility assessment, project delivery, and ongoing asset performance.

In her role as Development Manager, Eleanor is particularly focused on early‑stage assessment and strategy, working to unlock value through considered planning and stakeholder engagement.

Eleanor is driven to build enduring communities and assets that seamlessly blend robust commercial results with thoughtful design, innovative building techniques, and enduring value.

Her motivation stems from her passion for crafting living environments that have a positive impact on the lives of existing and future communities.

With broad valuation experience in Sydney and regional NSW, Ross has worked across development and investment valuation, residential development analysis, commercial, retail and industrial. As Development Manager at Preston Rowe Paterson, he was involved in both the acquisitions and development teams. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Property Development & Valuation and is an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI), a registered Certified Practising Valuer with the Australian Property Institute and a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Managing the design and delivery of complex land development and civil infrastructure projects, Heath is responsible for executing the delivery strategy and managing the project development lifecycle. An accomplished Development Manager with nearly two decades of experience, he has led design, approvals and construction for large-scale greenfield residential projects for Lendlease in Sydney and the Illawarra. Heath holds a Master in Environmental Engineering Management and a Bachelor in Civil & Environmental Engineering.

Elizabeth is a dedicated property professional with over 6 years of experience delivering high-quality mixed-use residential communities across Sydney.

Drawing on a background in complex, governance-led developments at Frasers Property, she leads projects at Legacy from initial feasibility through to final settlement.

Elizabeth combines technical expertise with a focus on building trusted stakeholder relationships to transform a strategic vision into enduring community excellence.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degrees in Construction Management and Property Development.

Ella has over six years’ experience in the development industry, with significant experience in delivering multi-stage projects across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining Legacy Property, Ella worked on a range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, with a particular focus on retirement living and staged masterplans within New Zealand.

Ella supports the development team and development director across feasibility analysis, budget control, project delivery, debt and capital financing, compliance, and consultant management.

Ella holds a Bachelor of Property and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.

Borana’s experience across diverse developments gives her a nuanced understanding of market dynamics. She’s interested in the way communities and end users create value within spaces, which underpins successful outcomes. Borana started her career in branding and marketing strategy for high-end residential and hospitality projects across Australia, Europe and the US before taking a position at Rawson Group. In 2024 she was selected for UDIA NSW’s Legends & Legacy Program after involvement in its Young Leaders Committee.
