Momentum continues to build at The Ranges, with construction of the new community park now well advanced and entering its final stages.

As the estate’s central amenity, the park represents a key part of the lifestyle offering at The Ranges and is designed to become a place where daily life unfolds, where families spend time together, and where the community connects.

Across the site, landscaping, planting and key infrastructure are now largely complete, establishing the green framework of the space. The scale of the park is becoming increasingly visible, with generous open areas and structured zones clearly defining how the space will be used.

Playground areas, footpaths and open space zones are actively taking shape, with final elements now being delivered and installed. As these components come together, the experience of moving through the park is becoming more intuitive and engaging.

Significant progress has also been made in recent weeks with planting and turfing across multiple areas, with some sections already substantially complete and beginning to establish. This greenery will continue to mature over time, reinforcing the long-term quality and character of the space.

The final stages of works are now focused on bringing the park to life through its defining features. Playground equipment, shelters and shade structures are currently being installed, marking a visible step towards completion.

Spanning approximately 3 hectares, the park will offer a considered balance of play, activity and relaxation, catering to a wide range of ages and daily uses.

Families can look forward to a diverse play environment, with elements including multi-play structures, swings, a flying fox and interactive play opportunities. Open green spaces will support informal recreation, complemented by shared walking and cycling paths and a dedicated learn-to-ride track.

Spaces to gather have been carefully integrated throughout, with shelters, BBQ facilities, picnic seating and shaded areas providing comfortable places to spend time. Native planting, retained vegetation and new shade trees will anchor the park within its landscape setting and support long-term amenity.

Once complete, the park will play an important role in shaping the lived experience at The Ranges, creating a place where families grow, neighbours connect and the community continues to evolve.

To verify your identity, we may use electronic identity verification services, including the Australian Government’s Document Verification Service (DVS).

Where you have consented, your name, date of birth and identity document details will be securely sent to the relevant Commonwealth or State authority that issued your document. This may include passport offices, driver licence authorities, the Department of Home Affairs, Births Deaths and Marriages, or other authorised record holders.

These authorities check whether the details you have provided match the records they hold.

We do not receive a copy of your government records. The authority returns a match result only, confirming whether your details match (yes or no).

This process may be carried out through accredited identity verification providers, including Legacy Property (Legacy Property, ABN 73 115 939 065) and its sub-providers.

5. Biometric Information

As part of identity verification, we may collect biometric information, such as a facial image or a short video of you holding your ID.

Biometric information may be used to:

Confirm that you are a real person and physically present
Match your image to the photograph on your identification document

Biometric information is treated as sensitive information under the Privacy Act. We only use it for identity verification and related compliance purposes, and only with your consent.

6. Consent to Collection and Identity Verification

Commonwealth and State authorities and official record holders, through the DVS

Regulators, law enforcement or other third parties where required or authorised by law We do not sell your personal information.

8. Overseas Disclosure

Some of our service providers may store or process personal information outside Australia.
