Legacy Property has amalgamated a 1,500sqm mixed-use site on the fringe of the North Sydney CBD through acquisition of five existing commercial properties. The property is strategically located to capitalise from the ongoing growth of North Sydney, most importantly being positioned 250 metres from an entry to the future Victoria Cross metro station. The new metro combined with the ongoing growth of North Sydney provides a strong justification to achieve increased height and density on the site.
The site forms part of North Sydney Council’s Civic Precinct and Surrounds Planning Study that is examining future growth opportunities in the area. Legacy Property is working with a leading team of consultants including GMU, PTW and Urbis to advance our planning for the site. It is expected that the planning process will continue over the next 2 years.
